1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeorgeFX Mastery's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services Offered

We provide Forex educational content, mentorship programs, trading signals, copy-trading, and managed-account services. All content is for educational purposes and does not constitute personalized financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade Forex in your jurisdiction to use our services. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

4. Payments & Refunds

All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once access to the content, signals, community, or account-management service has been granted. Copy-trading profits are split 60/40 (you keep 60%) as described on the services page.

5. No Guarantee of Profit

Forex trading involves substantial risk. We do not guarantee profits or specific results from any of our services. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, signals, and content are the intellectual property of GeorgeFX Mastery. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeorgeFX Mastery is not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or losses arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, abuses our community, or engages in fraudulent activity, without refund.
